Filtering Time

Fields

Show time detail
When checked, customer, job, item, hours and notes will be displayed. The date will also be displayed if the "Total by" is not set to "Day".

Show amount instead of time
When checked, the total amount of the time entry will be displayed instead of the hours.

Show non-billable
When checked, non-billable time entries will be displayed.

Show billable
When checked, billable time entries will be displayed.

Show exported
When checked, only time entries that have been exported will be displayed. If unchecked, then time entries that have not been exported will be displayed.

Total by
Select how you would like the time entries totaled. Valid choices are day, week, month and customer. When day is selected, all time entries for each day are totaled. When week is selected, the totals will use the setting for "First day of week" in determining the week number for the year. Selecting month will display totals by month. Selecting customer will display totals by customer.

Customer
Here you can select a single customer for which to display time entries. Leave blank for all customers.

From date
Enter a starting date or leave blank to show all time entries on or before the "To date".

To date
Enter an ending date or leave blank to show all time entries on or after the "From date".

Buttons

OK
Applies the filter settings entered and returns to the time list.

Reset
Resets settings to their default value and returns to the time list.

Cancel
Reverts the filter settings entered and returns to the time list.
